The sp of ACL at present seems to be linked solely to forthcoming fonda revenue. The sp also appears to be at a tipping point waiting on news. If Dr Reddy's continues to make market inroads and they surprise on the upside the sp is sure to rerate again.

I also wonder what will happen to ACL (fonda) entity sp when the demerger is announced. One would have to think provided all fonda revenue is retained in one "vehicle" the two separate entities created would create more shareholder value than the status quo.

Given the unknowns out there we are likely to be in for an interesting ride over the next few months and hopefully some significant pay back in financial terms for long standing shareholder's perseverance.
