    Answer to my question.
    Implementation of the Moby schemes is subject to a series of conditions subsequent which are required to be satisfied before Enegex becomes listed on ASX in lieu of Moby. The latest estimate for the implementation date when your Moby shares are transferred and the listing of Enegex is the second half of August 2013.
