In response to your queries in relation to the listing of Enegex NL (Enegex) following approval of Schemes of Arrangement (Schemes) whereby Enegex will effectively become the successor entity to Moby Oil & Gas Limited (Moby), I advise as follows. 1. In accordance with the Court Orders announced to ASX on 24 June 2013, the conditions subsequent, including the listing of Enegex on ASX, are expected to be completed on or before 30 September 2013. 2. If all of the conditions subsequent to the Schemes (Implementation), are unable to be completed (or waived) the Schemes will lapse and be of no further force or effect. 3.
