Again for anyone confused about the consolidation/demerger have a look at the link on www.ady.com.au & it also has a lot of other information for holders or other investors.
If you are NOT holding shares prior to consolidation in March you will NOT get allocated shares in the new Rincon Salar (Lithium/Potash etc etc) spinoff company & will then have to buy them on market at whoever knows what price!
Phil said they had 70 tenders for this project so I believe the RLL shares are going to be very popular & that there won't be many sellers who would want to offload them at silly prices & if they are due to market conditions or whatever then I amongst many others will be hoovering up as many as possible....be in it to win it as it could be the next SQM!
