And your valuation of RLL @ 10c ps is completely arbitrary. No one know what the price per share of RLL will be after consolidation and rerating as a chemical company.
AND I can't seem to find the company stating start up costs for RLL being any where near 120mil.
10% forward sales are expected to reach between 50mill-70mill at tender which the company has stated will fund the entire operation.
Therefore the rest of your ramblings are as pointless as they are incorrect.
