Q: How will the value and subsequent cost base of the new ADY shares and Rincon Lithium shares be calculated?
A: We will get an expert to calculate the value and subsequent cost base of the Santa Barbara business as well as that of the Rincon Lithium business.
There is lots of stuff on the web about how experts value a company. The most important figure is "the annualized rate of growth". So I suppose ADY will get the valuation done after the iron ore and lithium supply deals are done. Then the value of the company(s) would be mainly attributed to how fast they can ramp up production.
Well you dont need an accounting degree to figure out that the expert valuation is likely to be higher than the current sp. But how much higher? (Maybe we will get our 10 bagger sooner rather than later!)
