Kacy the contract to wiscoe was to be filled with ore from santa barbara (that is dug up by contractor Besalco) ADY as a backup, entered into contract with Santa FE for 500000tons at a price of $28 per ton ex mine. Santa Fe only sold them 90000 tons from their mine and Besalco could not up production. Hence ADY is sueing Basalco and Santa Fe for breach of contract The stockpile site is used by both ADY and Santa Fe there are 2 piles of ore Santa Fe is still exporting its own ore but has not supplied any to ADY as per contract, the 48000 tons mentioned by the pr person is at the stockpile. Santa Fe is moving a differant part of the stockpile If you have a look later tonight the ADY part of the stockpile can be seen on cameras 6-7 Don't forget the the enclosed stockpile area can hold up to 300000tons of ore.
