    Is the demerger really worth it now that the share price is 5c?
    Would be easier to spin of the Lithium assets into RLL to shareholders as in specie distribution and put some up as an IPO. That would raise the funds needed to pay out the Hawkswood loan.

    Not a big holding for me but maybe there are enough people holding to get rid of the pathetic management (yes, worse than the OZL lot)
