172.30.x.x is meant to be a private class B network - ie. not routable on the public internet. Recently some of these reserved ranges were opened up for general use, but 'm not sure if this is one of them. If not, it's a bit strange that they would put this in their DNS records. If so, it's possible that not all networks yet recognise it as a public address
