not all shares in companies are listed on the ASX.
Also if a company does not abide by certain ASX rules even though it may have been listed at some stage , it can be delisted and shareholders still hold shares in that company.
Shares can also he held in escrow meaning that they cannot be sold until a certain date into the future.
My thoughts relate to how ADY can ensure that RLL assets are not lost in the event of another cash crisis. Park the RLL assets( shares) where they cannot be got at by creditors.ADY shareholders will still own the shares and enjoy the associated benifit when RLL can access cash via loans/ placement etc.
It's just a thought!!!!!
