My Calcs. The fact we got 19.36:1 has helped and the $0.25c IPO price has yielded less dilution. I had expected our in specie parcel to be around 25% of the offering, but it is roughly a third now, as less shares now need to raised for 15M
If that Reserved for founder IPO was 14M I would have been very happy, we would have had 50%
Unless you apply for the public, there is little to apply for . I held around 0.6% of MEP, so my stake in that parcel is around $15000.
Perhaps you can apply for over and it comes out of public? or you apply separately on each? I don't know yet.
Cash Value of $0.17 per share, but there are significant debts to pay.....
