Hi SOTT Just wanting to see if you (or anyone else) can set me straight on how I think this IPO will work. I was an MEP shareholder so got to participate in the prio. I've applied for shares and sent the money via Bpay. Looks like the number of shares I applied for will be cut back but am hoping to still get my full allocation request met via the public offering (wishful thinking I know). If my full allocation is granted job done and lucky me. If my full allocation isn't granted I'm expecting a refund back via Bpay for the unallocated funds. Is that how it should happen?
