Hi,Pachino IMO! , Never heard of T.O.V..equating to 10% of resource value,, somebody must have been on pot to propagate that,,with due respect anybody who believes it must also be in cloud cuckoo land.! The in situ value of a resource bares little relationship to its economic value, For example if a resource,say, has an in situ value of 3 billion dollars and it costs 3 billion dollars to recover it it's worth "zilch", If the cost of recovering the resource exceeds 3 billion dollars the company will be in dire straits. Conversely if the recovery costs are significantly less than 3 billion dollars the company is in clover!. This also implies that large numbers don't necessarily equate to large profits. It depends on several factors. The decline in the G.P. over the last couple of years have had a massive effect on the viability of the goldies and is a testimony to this.effect.. BOLTA!
