Putting aside any personal grudges one may have for the MD, I heard today that there is a mounting list of shareholders and creditors looking at a class action, against the entire board.

I am still trying to understand how much money was raised off the initial float and where it has all gone, and indeed is it worth investigating or seeking damages... how many other shareholders feel the same way ?
