This is what I was promised as a child. A life of leisure where most of the hard work was automated or done overseas and the standard of living had risen to levels where most people in society sat on their backsides and few had to bother going to work, but had good lifestyles regardless due to the low cost of goods and food due mass production.
Thank god for the strong AUD.

This is what we have been shooting for since the end of WW2. The only think that is still lacking are the flying cars.
