Mate no hurry 10 builds scheduled to be completed by end of September. Just more of an opportunity to buy cheap . As I said can’t believe what we have and the Sp certainly doesn’t reflect this , but on the other hand we really have nothing until JV is signed , all big money is waiting for this announcement imo .
