Youre so wrong champ. They predict gap fills, breakouts, resistance, trends just like any other stock, especially a high volume stock like FBR. It's not just retail punters playing with FBR you know, there is massive bot / market maker
involvement which both create and respond to technical analysis. Unless you think mum and pop are responsibl
e for trading at 11.26 for example?
