Had my chance to take 20,000 at 5.2 a month ago but i just couldnt see it. Would have got out of the whole market, 60 grand in bank and put in an offer on my rental which is for sale. That was still during the hype period. Now FBR have to come through with the goods but how can they do work now with thunderstorms advertised for basically forever. What a farce.
