    AWD - currently fully diluted MC with CR + performance shares will be around $90M.
    ZIP - Current Fully diluted MC (including options) will be around $125M.

    AWD is currently making more revenue than ZIP thought Oper8tor is not even launched. Once, its proven and launched this could even break MC of Viber, Tango and even skype along with success of current revenue generated business.

    IMO, AWD should be trading at or higher than ZIP's MC.
