    People generally refer to Australia as a democracy. Now liberal democracy is popular.
    Australia is a constitutional monarchy with the Queen head of Australia. Charles is next in line and Andrew was second when he was born displacing older sister Anne.
    Andrew is now 9th.
    Under this constitutional monarchy we have democratic processes.
