It is highly plausible that he was cheated, given the Democrats non-acceptance of his legitimacy over the past 4 years,

I recognise his flaws but like him as US President.

No, it is not plausible that he was cheated. He was soundly defeated. And the election process in most swing states he lost was controlled by Republicans who voted for him.
