    Hey Glug,

Just out of interest. If you were ever accused of wrongdoing or a crime, and those accusing you wanted you to come to court, but you weren't allowed your defence lawyers, you weren't allowed to call your own witnesses in your defence, the prosecution would be allowed to control whatever questions were asked and could stop you from testifying to certain questions. On top of that, the prosecutors held secret depositions and leaked to the media testimony taken out of context to prove your guilt, but withheld testimony from the same "witness" that in reality, was exculpatory and proved your innocence.

Just curious, would you fully comply or would you refuse to comply and take it to the courts to ensure you get due process. Second question if you don't mind. Let's say your lawyer tells you that you have certain rights and he advises you to not comply. Would you then defy your lawyers orders or advice?

Feel free to answer those two questions. A simple yes or no to both of those questions would be suffice.
