It is also interesting that Schiff admitted that they are in a rush to impeach, not because they can't wait and follow legal process, but because they do not want to go through the legal process (because it takes longer).
If there was any risk of cheating in 2020, then the correct action would be to identify the actual risk and stop the cheating itself. You don't instead stop the rule of law and make up an entirely new precedent and rush impeachment process for yourself.
