There are plenty of politicians that are not particularly bright. That's not exactly news; it seems as though in Australia we have an oversupply of pollies whose only real function is to take up space at the feeding trough of our tax dollars.
But in all honesty, I wouldn't put AOC in that box at all. She's as smart as she needs to be. She asks the right questions and sure, she has a bit of pep about her- but really, what's wrong with that?
At least she doesn't go around slagging off and insulting anyone that disagrees with her. I am absolutely sick and tired of politicians- almost all of whom are on the right- thinking that it's a great way to conduct yourself by insulting, mocking and just generally being a complete douchenozzle.
