Competition will only grow in this sector, contracts are not coming fast enough and there are risks of all sorts that may reduce the scale of any future contracts1 but at this point in time there's also potential for new contracts, improving financials and a reasonable market capitalization that would induce some to hold this stock for another few quarters or so.
