I suspect that Vulcan Energy wants to transport lithium chloride, product from the DLE, in the Pipeline from Landau to Insheim.
So you only need one location, for the transport to Frankfurt Höchst.Behind this is still the idea of transport by ship on the Rhine. Let's see how Vulcan will implement this.
Both geothermal power plants need their own DLE so that the thermal water has short pathways.
These are really good prospects for Vulcan Energy.Geothermal opponents will almost certainly be very angry about this.
