The new exploration licences named Flaggenturm concerns Hassloch, where Vulcan has presented itself as rather problematic, and people there are correspondingly sceptical.
And for the two new licences, the loss of the Ortenau licence weighs heavily. In addition, it is striking that the Landau licence seems to have expired and has not yet been re-issued.
