Four arm-lenght! … and Vulcan hashardly progressed so far!

March 2022 was meant, now already awhole year late - the demonstration plant is supposed to come spring2023? ... and only 10 tonnes!
"The goal is then 16,000 tonnes ayear."
Some way up from 10 to 16000 ...howmany years does that take … or decades?
