I will address Lilac Solutions team as they are on the same mission and are the ones who started Simbol so they are the ones to look at in reference to DLE.
They have stuck to DLE through Simbol being flicked into receivership.
One would think, if it was not a winner, with the pain they have already endured they would have moved on.
Lots of chemical engineers there.

I note that Alex is not there.
Alex is part of Minvero who is currently advising PLS on ways to reduce CO2 emmissions.
Clearly PLS management have a different point of view on Alex and his credibility than you do.
One has to remember Livent have been doing this for years. Lithium from DLE to high performance LiOH.
The trouble was, it was more expensive for Livent to do this than Ganfeng using OZ Spod.
Now with the Carbon footprint taking importance and a desire to move away from China Livent is back in business with the likes of BMW.
Ganfeng does DLE in Qinghai China and are taking the tech to Argentina.
