pattos cannot do any raising without a massive pump. No investor will put money into this with the current sentiment. Sophisticated investors are not that dumb. $1m at 0.07 equals 140m shares. Insane expansion of the share register. Virtually unheard of. They would all get stuck. Pattos cannot move such volume unless sentiment turn 180 degrees
