My theory is that the memory ink requires more capital than SOR is willing/has to spend to get it anywhere near commercial and they have shelved it after not getting enough attention with the memory demonstrator application.
look at wbt/4ds/brn,axe they were/are spending 4 times as much per annum as SOR just to get one memory/ai chip project up.
hopefully they can get some more attention with the battery ink demonstrator.
