It could take 10 of these types of high risk high reward ventures to pick up say 2 successful ones.

2 out of 10 would not be bad.

Lets see, since listing there were the rare earth prospecting/exploration permits, hmm, which were they again, Mandamus, umm, it's been too long and I have forgotten the names of the rest of the New Zealand rare earth prospects.

Rawlinna (sp?) rare earth prospect in Western Australia.

    A tin prospect in Ireland.

Reefton South, a gold prospect in New Zealand.

The UV Light Transistor technology from UNSW.

The PKS style base metal prospects in the Officer basin.

These six are just the ventures that were started but never really got off the ground. Then there are the current ventures:

    The memory ink.

Impact structures projects, Behemoth, Lennis and a third one that the company has not actually told us the name of.

Golden Blocks the long forgotten gold mines in the northern region of the South Island of New Zealand.

Conglomerate gold projects, Bellary, Milli Milli and Rocklea in the western Pilbara region plus the prospects in the Marble Bar region.

So, there is your 10. Six of which never made it very far at all and four are still in progress to varying degrees, the two that at this point appear to have the greatest chance of success from what is currently known imho are the memory ink and the impact structures.

This 10 also does not include the multitude of possible projects that SOR has considered but discarded as not worth starting.
