If not filmed in Arizona then, which State ? Was it filmed in a State won by Trump or Biden ?

The short video seems to be a discussion between an unidentified operator and an unidentified trainer. It's not clear where the camera was mounted & what type it was. The voices sound distorted and muffled. Why was it filmed I wonder ?

So, clearly needs to be forensically examined by experts.

I'm sure that Sidney, Lin and Rudy will be rushing to get it authenticated first and then filed as part of their defence.
