The biggest plus I can see from nasdaq listing is the fact that no other shares will be issued to accomodate us demand. Any shares sold in the us will come off the aussie board, therefor reducing the number available here and hopefully putting upward pressure on price. Although some think the listing is already factored into the price, they can't take account yet of any us demand, that's an unknown at this stage. We only need a very small percentage of american speculators to take an interest in PRR to have a major effect on our market here.
