I have said before to survive in this market you have to be cynical. Everybody has a motive for every decision they make or thing they say.
What motive is there for institutions to bag what is probably not such a surprising downgrade in the current environment....in considering that do you really think they were not aware of an impending downgrade.
Was this not the game from the beginning?
Time to buy....but then again I have a motive but what is it!
