Listed just 3 months and already confessing that earnings for the 6 months will miss forecasts by 25% and by a similar amount for the full year.
I have never held CKF but it was on my watchlist as a defensive stock.
Investors should be able to sue the Private Equity firm who sold out at the IPO. Clearly the forecasts they made for the prospectus were misleading. Maybe a class action is required here. This sort of things happens too often
