In case your due diligence and research on Cudeco has not revealed it, Azure Capital is the company's representative for senior investment.

You can be sure that any person conducting their research on HotCopper, asking around the opinions of the members of this forum, will not have the funds to warrant consideration for membership to that investment category.

"Substantial funds" is defined in this case not by the investor, but by the company. Your consideration that any company is going to be interested in someone wanting to buy a couple of hundred thousand shares (from someone else BTW) on the market is not in the same category as the company issuing 10 million shares as a capital raising.

Further, your statement:

............indicates a lack of knowledge of the industry which is not commensurate with your past two years (or so) of posts made in other nicnames on this forum.
