Brett...you could argue this from many different angles but if I was CDU I would be grasping any opportunity to restore credibility...Liaising with non shareholders would be at the top of the list as they could obviously become shareholders.
Who knows Janti and mates could become major holders with the the right information that suits their investment profile..
