I've asked @Madmin what the limits are, but haven't heard back as yet.
(Average volume over the last 3 months too low.)
What that volume is, I don't know.
A rough guess would be a 20cent stock needs to trade
an av. of 250,000 shares daily, ($50,000), for the 3 months?
