Mr. Denis Shelley, BEd, BPsych, was Non Executive Chairman at BWX Limited since July 22, 2013. Mr. Shelley serves as President of Nutrimetics Australasia Region of Nutrimetics Australia Pty. Ltd. He over 30 years experience across a number of leading multinational companies including Sterling Winthrop, Reckitt & Colman and a 14-year international CEO career with Sara Lee Corporation from 1992 to 2006. He has He has in-depth experience in managing and building a broad range of consumer brands spanning pharmaceuticals, health and beauty, personal care, intimate apparel and household products. He held Positions include various brand management and marketing director roles such as Group Marketing Director Reckitt & Colman South Africa, Chief Executive Officer of Sara Lee South Africa. He served as Group Chairman of Sara Lee Australia from 1996 to 2006. Mr. Shelley holds Degrees in Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Education and is a qualified teacher.
Mr. David Fenlon, also known as Dave, has been a Non-Executive Director of BWX Limited since April 16, 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in the FMCG and consumer sectors. He has been Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand at Blackmores Limited since September 30, 2013. Mr. Fenlon served as the Managing Director of REDgroup Retail PTY Ltd. since July 2008 to November 17, 2010. Mr. Fenlon served as Group Operating Officer of REDgroup Retail PTY Ltd. since February 2007. Mr. David established and operated Simple Retail Consulting as the Managing Partner. He is currently a Member of the Board of Directors for the Special Olympics and a Non-Executive Director for the Quest for Life Foundation. He lead both the A&R and Whitcoulls operating divisions (store network, supply chain, human resources). He has more than 20 years’ experience of retail in New Zealand and Australia. He is a career retailer with extensive hands on experience in most facets of the business. He thrives on the pace and variety this business and role offer and particularly enjoys the daily interaction with a range of people. He joined Angus & Robertson as General Manager in January, 2006. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the retail trade both in Australia and abroad. He started his retail career with Safeway Stores PLC. in the UK in 1986 in a store management position, before progressing through various management roles, ultimately becoming a key member of a change programme tasked with enhancing the retail division's ability to effectively build customer loyalty and drive sales at the customer interface. This was followed by a move to Hungary to take up the position of Operations Director for Tesco Plc, where he was responsible for store operations of 35 hypermarkets and 35 supermarkets, as well as the functions of retail, HR, finance, retail supply chain and new store opening divisions. Mr. Fenlon served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of The PAS Group Limited from May 09, 2014 to February 23, 2016. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Member of AICD.
