I once heard a long interview with an undercover agent in the UK. He said he spent many weeks as a tramp stationed near a mosque so that he could monitor things.

One day he said he counted the people going in, so many men and so many women. When they came out there were two women more, and two men less.

He spotted two women with men's shoes, so he radioed it in. It turned out that he halted an attack by that action.

He said that his colleagues and himself are halting attacks on a fairly regular basis (whatever that means).

So this is just another reason to stop people being covered up imho. We wouldn't allow people to walk around in balaclavas or motor cycle helmets all the time!
