Hi sewell64, the truth of the matter is 100% Renewable Energy is not practical. Denmark will need some sort of RELIABLE base-load generation to compliment all the INTERMITTENT Renewable Energy. Germany has already figured this out...
Sure Industrial scale CHP is not mCHP, but their general goal of increasing Energy Efficiency may see Fuel Cells as a viable solution (especially if we can get the cost per unit down).
Legislation like this is good for our technology, even if not explicitly defined. I've been saying this would happen Globally for quite some time now. I honestly think Japan will be following in Germany, UK, Netherlands & Denmark's footsteps. There's big changes a-comin' (Decentralised Energy)
