I asked basically the same question on here a couple of weeks ago. My thoughts would be that it would help any claim they would make, as the administration goes to prove the "project Transform" was a sham. Hey it lasted a couple months did it not.

What we hope to get out of any successful action from Denis & Co is what I want to know. I'll give them a call today.
