    The Advisors PI Cover maybe an avenue for retrieveing your investment, but I doubt you would be successful.
    At the end of the day they are just advisors, and it was you that made the decision. There was probably enough in the terms and conditions, in the prospectus to protect the advisor, or massively reduce their risk.
