as the availability of credit reduces prices will decrease I don't know by how much the reduction will be though. have to remember that unlike home loans in America (you can fix the interest rate for 30 years) in Australia you can only fix for 5 years and then you get bumped onto the current interest rate, alot of people I know are selling toys and trying to find extra income this will only continue with more & more people.
