remember not long ago that NCM got in trouble by giving an operational UPDATE to a group of brokers. I think there was a class action and/or they paid a big fine and/or ASIC was very annoyed.
Yet, at this forum, Pete dropped an operational update (without a market announcement) reducing AISC guidance by $100.
I find that amazing.
