You've missed something fundamental in your statements. There's no fresh ore processing without the plant upgrade stage 1 eg no UG. Hence why the delays cause asic to rise. They had UG ore sitting on the rom that couldn't go through the mill. Therefore it was in no way a red herring. Stages 2 and 3 are critical to allow maximum potential out of their varied ore types across their vast land holding. Warren may take a different tack that may mean 2 and 3 aren't required Yet.
