After the very unlikely takeover by Mosman there would be 129.4 million units.
Current unit price is 8.75 pence. Equates to around $0.168.
20 to one values MEO @ $ 6.3 million.
10 to one values MEO @ $12.6 million .
(In the 60s and 70s I worked in both the Amadeus basin and the Officer Basin in a seismic crew.
Not much has happened since regarding a major new hydrocarbon province being found.
So I don,t hold my breath for that lot.)
I digress, MEO will have around $9million , in the kitty at the start of February.
So the cash value alone needs a 15 to one offer.
Then the assets:- well a fire sale would probably net around $50 to $100 million.
Someone though Salt might be an ENI rep. I don't think so unless ENI need trauma care and triage.
