Alliance Mineral Assets Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the departure of Chief Executive Officer, Mr Tjandra Pramoko (“Mr Pramoko”), and Executive Director, Ms Simone Suen Sze Man (“Ms Suen”), effective from 1 March 2018. Ms Suen has indicated, through the Company’s sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., that she reserves the right to remain on the Board as a Non‐ Executive Director or not.
