I got the impression that this deal was an area of research they have been talking up almost from the early days of the original phylomer libraries. Many years ago they were talking of the phylomers ability to target hospital grade infections that were becoming more frequent and more immune to current treatments. As usual nothing commercial seemed to result, just a million mentions in presentations. Maybe this is the start of something sellable? Either way the deal flow is certainly picking up. Would still be better to hear of some result from one of the other major pharma deals already in place. New deals probably means another year or two before cash is generated on those deals if at all.
